I had salmon teriyaki and sushi, and was pleased with both. The salmon was not as fresh as can be found in Seattle, but the teriyaki sauce was very flavorful and better than in many Seattle restaurants. The sushi was surprisingly good, and matched the quality I found on The Strip (I had sushi on Las Vegas Boulevard, but don’t remember the name of the place, so I can’t post it). Osaka is really one of the best Japanese restaurants I have experienced.
